Everyone we employ is passionate about the development of children and they deliver an extremely high standard of early childhood education.
We seek individuals to join our team who have a compassionate approach and understand the importance of following each child’s own needs. We strive to provide continual support and training to our staff through Inset Days, individual training courses and regular appraisals.
Each child is assigned a Mentor who enables a special relationship to be established with the child. There is a developmental record kept by the Mentor to which you will have access to at all times. We have always maintained an open door policy as we believe the key to success is communication and sharing.

What Ekta likes best about Sai Pushp International is seeing all of the growth that happens in kids, teachers, and parents who are a part of her programs. Her hopes as a teacher & Principal at Sai Pushp International are that families feel like they are part of a support community, and that kids feel loved, comfortable, and able to blossom into themselves. She loves teaching young children because she knows that it is the absolute best time to help kids overcome future obstacles in life by learning the traits that lead to lifelong success.

Abhishek enjoys when children tell him what they have learned. He hopes to be able to share what he knows and also to learn from the people he works with.  He loves working in an organization that genuinely values people.

Rashi Varshney

What Rashi likes best about Sai Pushp International is how we focus on how a child is progressing developmentally instead of forcing them to move at a pace that is too fast or too slow. “I believe it really makes a difference in how children learn and grow,” says Rashi.

Her favorite thing about teaching is seeing the children's beaming smiles when they make an accomplishment, meet a major milestone, or finally understand something they have struggled with. Knowing she helped them get there is one of the most wonderful things to Rashi.
